I don't imagine any of you have ever seen any Bollywood movies, but if you ever have about three hours to spare and are in a mood for laughing, try out a Bollywood movie! For the most part, they're very light-weight and, well, ridiculous, with plenty of spontaneous mass-dance scenes!! Though these aren't especially Bollywood (they're a little more serious) these rank among my favorite Indian movies: -La Gaan -Rang De Basanti (though I have to wonder about some of the morals here...) -Slumdog Millionaire (this one is actually by an American director) I suck at PRing. xP

Er, sorry. PR= promoting. Like PV, but just the P. I'm guessing it's weird Janglish-lingo. :'D I bet. But I'm actually kind of surprised that you haven't heard of "Slumdog Millionaire;" it generated some hype at the... Oscars? Whatever was the most recent film festival. It's still playing in theatres.

I'VE heard of Slumdog Millionare. Apparently Bollywood is like, McDonalds in distant lands-- people just can't get enough. lol. But yeah i want to see it, even my movie-hating uncle said it was good.

xDD Nice analogy!! "Slumdog Millionaire" was good-- though a little corny at times, it was intense. ;D I recommend!

Yeah, I hear "pop" is kind of a regional thing-- Kayla had never heard of calling "soda" "pop" until she moved here.
But to me, the Pocoyo narrator's pronunciation sounded more like "Pah-to," or "Peh-to," or rather, somewhere in-between. That British accent thing. But really, I think the true standard would be the Spanish pronunciation.
And no, I'm not even going to try to emulate an accent.

You studied it? You mean like, you watched the show, right? (You didn't find, say, a British-English pronunciation guide? xD)
It is deeficult for me to try to meemic Eenglish langage in wrriting. De internet is very proximal to me but ty-ping a dialeckt ees a leetle hardt.
